Job Description

  • Work closely with the legal team to address law and regulation required for operating activities such as consumer protection, prohibited listing and payment
  • Regularly conduct operational audits to ensure that the company reaches operational requirements including company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses and compliance risks
  • Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, and procedures
  • Constantly update on emerging policies & our new services that includes risk, potential consequences and recommended next steps for our management
  • Being the company representative to deal with external parties and government entities to make sure that company direction is comply with law and regulation
  • Support and advise management and department units on regular day-to-day tasks on risks related to compliance issues

 

 Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality only
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Law with not less than 3-5 years direct compliance experience. Focusing on IT Law and Consumer law is preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills – both in Thai and English
  • Experience in a compliance team with ability to work independently
  • Can do attitude with ability to work in a fast paced, rapid changing environment
