Job Description:
  • You will be supporting Shopee sellers, by answer their CS inquiries regarding their shop operations
  • Main CS inquiry topics include, shop opening, product listing & management, payment, Shopee policy, and IT bug
  • You will be communicating with the sellers through messenger / CS chat apps
  • You will be expected and evaluated based on the quality and promptness of your answers to the CS inquiries
  • Interpersonal communication skills to provide professional and prompt CS support to sellers (clients)
  • Relevant experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong oral and written communication skill
  • Persistent approach to solving problems for sellers
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations by asking relevant teams for their advice
  • Work well with cross functional teams in a high-pressured environment
  • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
