Job Description:

  • Assisting on daily HR operations and providing administrative support to all HR matters
  • Advising the business on HR policies and processes as well as labour law related matters
  • Partnering with hiring managers to source for the right talents and assisting on the full recruitment cycle
  • Managing on-boarding processes and new employees orientation
  • Implementing Learning & Development initiatives¬†
  • Collaborating with team members in various initiatives to enhance employer branding
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned


  • Good degree from recognized university in Korea or overseas
  • 1+ years of experience in HR generalist position
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge in Japanese language is advantageous
  • Familiar with Korea employment related rules and regulations
  • Ability to handle ambiguous situations in a startup environment
  • Work well with cross functional teams in a fast pace environment
