The Design team plays an important role in Shopee. The team covers the entire range of product UI/UX design, including the user-growth, promotion, wallet and payment, checkout, retention, listings and users, search and recommendation etc. The team is also responsible for the branding visual identities and elements of Shopee, including logos, mascots, stickers, and internal physical products.
The Engineering and Technology team is at the core of the Shopee platform development. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence.
The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategizing and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localize marketing for the specific markets. The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
