Job Description:

  • Identify content and partnership opportunities in the influencer space across the region
  • Define influencer marketing strategies, with an understanding of local market landscapes
  • Develop scalable content initiatives and framework for the region
  • Work closely with local markets to track local campaigns performance and learnings
  • Develop best practices across platforms and content types
  • Identify industry trends and translating them into applicable ideas
  • Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of regional influencer campaigns



  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong regional knowledge of influencer profiles, motivators, fees, performance benchmarks
  • Strong understanding of influencer industry trends and best practices
  • Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans and implement those plans
  • Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present and guide local teams
  • Good understanding of video content creation & best practices
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and performance-driven
