Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support for business unit, including but not limited to data management, quality assurance and other operations support
  • Manage day-to-day business unit administration matters
  • Able to react quickly to changing needs and business decisions
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to increase speed and collaboration across the team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holder 
  • Highly meticulous and pay attention to detail
  • Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality, able to meet strict deadlines
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Positive working attitude, a strong team player
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is a plus
