Job Description:

  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams to develop and execute marketing communication plans, especially in content production
  • Create structured workflows to navigate new project executions effectively across 7 markets (SEA + TW)
  • Help develop video content ideas for both digital and offline media
  • Vet through static and video creative content, exercising strong attention to detail
  • Briefing and guiding local teams in executing content productions and activations in a timely manner
  • Identify, mitigate and escalate risks as needed in collaboration with different teams or functions, and ensure these are clearly documented and communicated to project stakeholders
  • Perform regular analysis of content campaign metrics and identify cross-market learnings
  • Other related tasks assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or video production related diploma, coupled with at least 4 years of working experience
  • Experienced in organising and managing video content productions
  • Knowledge in video production and processes
  • Knowledge in TV and outdoor media is a plus
  • Familiar with social media platforms and content
  • Extremely good eye for detail
  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g.: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
