Responsibilities

  • Contribute concepts/ideas to in-house projects - interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts
  • Create and communicate concepts by applying brand level awareness as well as campaign tactics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand goals, strategy and feedback
  • Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion - ensure the development of projects including the conception, execution, referencing, and annotating of final deliverables
  • Work on several campaigns and projects at once

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of copywriting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal & written, in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Demonstrated writing and concepting ability, having a portfolio of successful projects
  • Highly creative and imaginative
  • Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy
  • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets, 
  • Ability to thrive and highly-motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
  • Have an eye for detail
