Job Description:

  • Develop insights-led and data-driven campaigns
  • Drive user acquisition
    • Launching new campaigns, optimizing current campaign and audiences, whilst creating new targeting groups across all markets
    • Creating a top-to-bottom marketing funnel: from brand awareness to lead generation to acquisition
  • Manage cross-functional tasks in delivering campaigns
  • Driving initiatives and seeing projects through to completion
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationship with vendors and suppliers 
  • Adept in PH TV and Entertainment landscape 
  • Ability to define campaign look-and-feel across all channels
  • Understanding consumer behavior drivers 


  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related study.
  • 2-5  years experience in Brand Marketing
  • Solid business judgement backed by an analytical mindset 
  • Ability to mine consumer and shopper understanding and translate this into actionable insights 
  • Strong project management skills; experience working in a very fast paced environment while maintaining acute attention to details and getting things done at high quality. 
  • Possesses innovative problem solving skills 
  • Experience in brand communications, campaign development and execution, traditional and digital marketing 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skill 
  • Possesses an eye for beauty and design 
  • Ability to collaborate and influence internal cross-functions and external agencies to overcome obstacles.
