Job Description:

  • Partner with regional key leaders to create end-to-end people-related strategies
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts from both regional and local teams to design, drive and implement key people initiatives
  • Partner with management as a thought leader for people and organizational topics from a business perspective
  • Problem solve complex organizational challenges on a regional level including but not limited to talent acquisition or organisation development
  • Directly manage end-to-end leadership hiring in assigned markets

Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 7 years of HR experience, experience in talent acquisition and/or regional HR initiatives is preferred
  • Good university degree
  • Strong business a project management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, PivotTable)
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Chinese for liaising with key stakeholders across the region
  • Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
  • Able to work both independently and in ambiguous situations
