- To prepare accurate and timely monthly Financial and Management Reporting and review the work of the staffs
- To assist in ensuring effective internal controls procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements
- Involve in operation process improvement
- Communicate with Ops, Warehouse, BI and HQ from time to time
- Other ad-hoc duties
- 10 -15 years of working experience, preferably with audit managerial experience in Big 4. Experience in retail or EC companies will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a team
- Familiar with warehousing operations in particular on fulfillment, consignment and outright modes and distribution models.
- Familiar with accounting on warehousing and distribution related matters, recognition on revenue and cost of sales.
- Familiar with online shopping operations.
- Good problem-solving skills and a high degree of agility
- Good people manager and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
