Job Description:

  • To prepare accurate and timely monthly Financial and Management Reporting and review the work of the staffs
  • To assist in ensuring effective internal controls procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements
  • Involve in operation process improvement
  • Communicate with Ops, Warehouse, BI and HQ from time to time
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • 10 -15 years of working experience, preferably with audit managerial experience in Big 4. Experience in retail or EC companies will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a team
  • Familiar with warehousing operations in particular on fulfillment, consignment and outright modes and distribution models.
  • Familiar with accounting on warehousing and distribution related matters, recognition on revenue and cost of sales.
  • Familiar with online shopping operations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a high degree of agility
  • Good people manager and a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
