Job Description:

  • Analyse business / commercial performance metrics for Shopee loyalty
  • features
  • Design initiatives and programs for each market to drive higher adoption, retention

  • Collaborate with local marketing and business development teams to ensure end-to-
  • end implementation of initiatives
  • Create and maintain templates for internal tracking of key business performance

  • Assist in regular tracking and reporting of operational metrics across countries
  • Conduct research on competitive landscape for key markets
  • Collect feedback from local teams, users to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Generate new ideas for feature improvement and optimization



  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Strong experience in strategy, business planning and development preferred
  • Has passion for e-commerce industry
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently, strong stakeholder management skills
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and
  • Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
