Job Description:

  • Responsible for identifying areas of growth or optimisation within campaigns and discovery and promotion features, and executing initiatives to drive improved performance and commercial impact
  • Liaising closely with local marketing teams and regional stakeholders about campaign and feature planning and execution, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of key issues and development of next steps to solve them
  • Understanding campaign and program key objectives and critical success levers and driving continuous optimisation on design, reporting and planning processes
  • Working tactfully to inspire faster adoption of planning and execution best practices as a result of the project outcomes
  • The role may focus on either one of these domain areas: Campaigns and Programs, Costs Optimisation, User Acquisition & Retention, Product Marketing, Search and Discovery, Promotions, Seller Marketing, Brands

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a high performing organization or as a management consultant. Background in internet/ecommerce marketing, retail or FMCG marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • High energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Excellent ability to work in a regional team
  • Excellent communication skills and complex project management skills
  • Fluency in English and an additional Southeast Asian language is a plus to communicate with regional market stakeholders
