Job Description:

 

  • Maintain, improve, develop and test product features on the app and web including but not limited to widgets, buttons, etc.
  • Analyse and suggest improvements on the customer experience either from a product or operational perspective
  • Maintain and develop approaches to increase ways of engagement through games developed
  • Strategize and provide feedback to the regional product team on various product features
  • Understand feature roll outs and to ensure that the local team understand the features and how to maintain it.
  • Coordinate and manage work streams independently
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a recognized university
  • Previous experience in Customer Experience, Computer Science or Consulting preferred
  • Structured, meticulous & detailed oriented
  • Process oriented, passionate about improving processes as well as products
  • Tech savvy
  • Strategic mindset with a business oriented lean
