Job Description:

  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through CRM marketing channels. Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value and re-purchase rate
  • Conceptualization and execution of acquisition and retention experiments and campaigns. Working closely with all departments to ensure CRM plan implementation and sustainability
  • Along with CRM leads, defining the customer base segmentation strategy for effective communication.
  • Ensuring the database is continuously segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Work in partnership with other functions (BI, Data-science and other MKT departments) to analyze and develop a deep understanding of user segmentation, behaviour and customer journeys.
  • Defining the strategy to capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in email marketing, notification push and/or social media.
  • Preferable have experience in a direct-to-consumer CRM management, retention marketing and email marketing
  • Number driven, creative, hardworking, methodical and very structured.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast moving environment. Pro-active attitude & ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Preferable have experience with CRM communication SaaS: SFMC, Oracle Responsys, …
  • Fundamental knowledge of responsive UX, HTML and CSS is a plus
