- Overseeing direct communications with customers through CRM marketing channels. Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value and re-purchase rate
- Conceptualization and execution of acquisition and retention experiments and campaigns. Working closely with all departments to ensure CRM plan implementation and sustainability
- Along with CRM leads, defining the customer base segmentation strategy for effective communication.
- Ensuring the database is continuously segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Work in partnership with other functions (BI, Data-science and other MKT departments) to analyze and develop a deep understanding of user segmentation, behaviour and customer journeys.
- Defining the strategy to capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- 1+ year experience in email marketing, notification push and/or social media.
- Preferable have experience in a direct-to-consumer CRM management, retention marketing and email marketing
- Number driven, creative, hardworking, methodical and very structured.
- Willingness to learn in a fast moving environment. Pro-active attitude & ability to work both independently and within a team

- Fundamental knowledge of responsive UX, HTML and CSS is a plus
