Job Description

  • Ensure that all new hires complete the required documents prior onboarding; guide them on the step by step process of completion
  • Gather, process and maintain all necessary 201 documents 
  • Provide excellent onboarding program to all new hires through coordinating presentations, preparing onboarding kits, and others
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all assets are available during onboarding 
  • Work closely with HR teams to address any onboarding-related concerns

 Requirements

  • Good degree from recognized university
  • At least 3 years of prior onboarding experience is required
  • Prior experience in ecommerce is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work situations
  • Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
