Job Description

  • Build the growth/membership system, including the membership, points, grades, membership rights, etc based on Shopee's market positioning and product positioning, and plan member's hierarchical management and marketing mechanisms
  • Conduct product design of the incentive system, and enhance the user and seller’s viscosity and contribution
  • Create road map and product requirement documents and formulate product landing plans
  • Develop users and sellers growth and promotion programs to enhance the growth space for users and sellers
  • Collect and maintain user profile data and user behavior data, and build up related data products
  • Verify the effectiveness of the user and seller growth system based on user and sellers’ behavior data, business data, etc., and propose optimization suggestions
  • Build up account shared service, which would enable us to provide account integration and account security solution etc. service to Shopee ecosystem


  • Bachelor in Computer Science, or a related applied quantitative field
  • 1~2 years (junior) or 3~5 years (senior) product management experience in the internet field, experience in loyalty programs or membership system building would be a plus
  • Good understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets, competition and customers
  • Strong ownership, bias towards actions, get things done independently
  • Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
  • Analytical and quantitative reasoning. Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change
  • Respond to evolving priorities quickly and systematically
