Job Description:

  • Lead a small team of Finance Ops staff to check and verify Shopee Xpress billings
  • Ensure that all COD collections are complete and settled on time
  • Centralize month end reporting for all Shopee Xpress hubs
  • Answer concerns from other departments through Skype or emails
  • Report to immediate manager
  • Communicate with other Shopee Xpress teams
  • Aid the Shopee Xpress Lead in ensuring all the relevant standards within the working practices guide, KPIs are met
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed

Requirements

  • Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance related course
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Able to develop solutions and communicate across the organization in an effective manner
  • Able to clearly identify and define issues that are being raised via emails and make necessary recommendations
  • Possess self-management skills: Able to efficiently organizes own time, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, Holiday, weekends if necessary
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Driven and motivated
  • Has passion in the e-Commerce industry
