Job Description:

  • Drive overall seller marketing strategy across relevant features with understanding of e-commerce commercial landscape
  • Collaborate closely with local business development, seller management and marketing teams to rollout seller programs
  • Track, analyze and grow seller adoption of all countries, evaluate new initiatives; to optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance across the region
  • Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product marketing projects to drive seller adoption, engagement and/or retention
  • Initiate feature improvements with product, in alignment with business needs and insights
  • Develop and execute product features with product and local teams, ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Conduct market research and brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities



  • Good degree from recognized university
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethics, performance-driven, and eager to learn
  • Has passion in e-commerce industry
  • Past experience in seller management or business development in e-commerce, product marketing, and/or project management will be a bonus
