Job Description:

• Responsible for managing working capital and inventory in support of the development of SBS, the company’s warehousing and fulfillment services • In charge of making Shopee the destination of choice for customers by offering a wide variety and assortment of products on the platform
• Drive portfolio management to provide the best offers and discounts for customers
• Optimize purchase against a given Open-To-Buy (OTB) to drive high sell-through
• Exhibit ownership of sell-through
• Expand and manage a purchase strategy with the brands to ensure the best selection along with optimal cost and service
• Manage working capital and inventory
• Possess in-depth knowledge of vendors and how to engage and solicit support
• Develop awareness of short- and long-term market trends and the competition
• Implement industry best practices

Requirements:

• Possesses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
• With at least two (2) years relevant work experience in FMCG/Electronics purchasing or buying
• E-commerce, FMCG and retail background is preferred
• Good analytical skills in tracking sell through gross margin, offer constructs, and inventory
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
• Flexible to work long hours on occasion
