Job Description:

  • Plan, develop, manage, and coordinate Shopee Live Marketing assets (e.g. in-app banners, Push Notifications, microsite, pop-up banners, floating icons, stream replays, etc.), stream and host schedule, and processes (e.g. streamer whitelisting, voucher whitelisting, training etc.)
  • Responsible to create content for all Shopee Live marketing assets (i.e. push notifications, stream campaign microsite, title, stream subtitles and etc.)
  • Responsible for data analysis and weekly reporting
  • Develop ideas and execute initiatives to drive user viewership / traffic, and conversions for in-app streams
  • Coordinate with intra and inter-departments for stream scheduling, content and CMS support
  • Highlight potential issues and provide solutions when facing roadblocks in achieving business outcomes

 Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
  • Prior experience in eCommerce marketing is required, and experience in e-commerce/live streaming industry will be an added advantage
  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Strong work ethics and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
