Reviews documentation for new customer accounts, ensures that new account holders are not high-risk customers and do not have restrictions or negative activities that would make impact their opening a new account
Analyzes new customer processes and policies
May be asked to study market trends and observe customer behavior patterns within the business, and verify information on new account documents
Liaison between Shopee and any third-party vendors that aids Shopee in carrying out its KYC policies
Analyzes existing policies and procedures relating to new customer research and account analysis to ensure compliance and make suggestions for improvements to these processes
Requirements:
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year experience in other companies that are related to financing businesses
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and similar programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with shifting schedules, may be required to work on weekends and/or holidays
