Job Description

  • Create attractive communications material to educate sellers on new features and policies
  • Assist in planning for online classes and training material for sellers
  • Maintain knowledge hubs to ensure the latest information are updated accurately and in a timely manner accurate
  • Assist in managing projects and initiatives related to seller communications and education


  • At least a Diploma from a recognized Polytechnic
  • Intermediate to Advanced Photoshop skills
  • Strong command of English
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Candidates with background in graphics design and/or marketing will be a strong plus
  • Interest in communications and training is a strong plus
