  • Managing operation concerns of marketplace and mall sellers
  • Logging in payments
  • Manages returns and refunds

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years work experience; fresh graduates are preferred
  • Driven, motivated and hungry
  • Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Good team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be willing to work in BGC
