Job Description:

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
  • Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Undertake global HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruitment to acquire suitable talents for the organization
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system

 

Requirements:

  • Good university degree, at least 1 year of full-time recruitment experience
  • Tech recruitment experience is a plus
  • Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Quick learner with a positive working attitude
  • Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
  • Able to multitask and work within timeline
