Job Description:

- With good understanding of the global mobility / expat administration process for foreign hires from hiring to separation. 
- Preferably knowledgeable in tax computation / expat payroll administration 
- Work closely with incoming foreign hires to ensure smooth on-boarding employee experience
- Assist with the relocation process for international employees including facilitating the application process for work visa, government identification numbers, bank account, etc.
- Coordinate with local HR team (recruitment, payroll, data, business partners, etc.) and external vendors to ensure processes are smooth, documentation is complete, and deadlines are met for each step of the on-boarding process
- Will serve as main point of contact for all foreign employees relative to their employee requirements / needs.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to continuously identify and resolve points for improvement  
 
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years related experience in expat administration, with exposure to handling expats directly.
- With degree in human resource management or similar field
- Good communication and influencing skills
