Job Description:

  • Design and conduct internal and external trainings
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, presentation, videos etc
  • Work closely with Local and Regional L&D team in assessing training needs and developing training plans for the organization
  • Deliver on-going trainings for internal employee, and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution, follow-up and consistency of learning initiatives
  • Work closely with the business stakeholder to understand their department needs and provide support by designing and facilitating the training
  • Take ownership of initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders, and ensure high quality training
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices from the market and apply to the organization
  • Challenge yourself in a diverse and dynamic work environment with frequent cross- department initiatives



  • Bachelor of Degree in any field
  • Proven experience as corporate coach/ trainer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Independent and able to multitask, work within timelines
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented, take great pride in your work
  • Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for training and education
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
  • Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
