Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the merchant relationships including the onboarding process and on-going key account management
- Responsible of a category to manage where it is expected (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales volumes of the category
- Focus on acquiring high value sellers to join and start selling on Shopee
- Responsible for managing relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers.
- Provide market insights from seller's' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics


- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skillset  
- Driven, motivated and hungry
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be willing to work in BGC
