Job Description: 

  • Support the Marketing team by executing procurement duties, including preparing purchase orders and sharing to relevant stakeholders
  • The middle person between marketing and finance by planning and reviewing payment accuracy and procedures
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and reconciliation with finance and regional teams
  • Coordinate monthly marketing budget requests and justification
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements: 

  • At least a Diploma in any field is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, preference for marketing-related field
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Independent and with flexibility in taking on new tasks
