• Lead various process improvement initiatives alongside Business Development, Business Intelligence, Product Management, Operations, Finance and Marketing across Local and Regional teams
  • Be actively involved in driving improvements across in a wide range of finance topic areas including management reporting, financial reconciliation and cash collections
  • Main point of contact providing financial expertise & advisory for stakeholders across the region
  • Support business leaders with decision making from Finance perspective with solid data and analysis
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of different stakeholders, including functional leaders, process owners and management teams


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accountancy – In depth understanding of Accounting principles
  • 0-3 years prior experience working in a Finance function – Knowledge in Finance processes and systems
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Solid written and verbal communication - Ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
