Job Description:

  • Work with SF Developers and SF Business Analysts to manage, prioritise and deliver projects
  • Design, test and improve Salesforce CRM design and structure
  • Coordinate documentation, and training of what has been built on SF to all SF developers and SF Business Analysts
  • Conduct end to end project analysis of each successful country implementation
  • Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems


  • Previous experience of 3-6 years in managing delivery of IT projects (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Experience in developing workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards
  • Able to identify business needs and integrate business strategies into Salesforce
  • Preferred Skills:
    *Previous experience in configuring and implementing Salesforce
    *Salesforce data modelling experience
    *Experience in data integration with Salesforce by using various ETL tools such as Mulesoft and
