Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data analytics team to collaborate with Regional Brand Partnership team and China brand team to conduct in-depth brand performance analysis
  • Identify business problems and propose feasible data solutions
  • Build SOP to manage requests and monitor team workload
  • Guide the team to workout impactful analysis for business
  • Strategically advise and work with stakeholders to provide insights on brand relationship management
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to boost sales for brands on our platform
  • Collaborate with product team to build brand portal by designing the metric

Requirements:

  • Outstanding in interpersonal communications and a good team member
  • Experience in leadership and have proved impactful analysis result
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analytics
  • At least 4 years of experience in python and SQL
  • Familiar with data visualization tools
  • Preferred experience in brand analysis
  • Experience in Hadoop ecosystem (Hadoop, Spark, Hive), is a plusĀ
