Job Description:

  • Ensure that bank statement transactions are matched to correct checkouts
  • Upload and distribute bank statements in bank end system in a timely manner
  • Answer concerns from another departments through Zendesk
  • Report to immediate supervisor
  • Communicate with 3rd party payment providers
  • Aid the Team Leader in ensuring all the relevant standards within the working practices guide, KPIs are met
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.

 Requirements:

  •  Preferably any 4-yr College Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to develop solutions and communicate across the organization in an effective manner
  • Ability to clearly identify and define issues that are being raised by customers via Zendesk and emails, undertake any required review of complaints to high professional standard and make recommendations in relation to resolution of customer issues.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Possess the following self-management skills: Efficiently organizes own time, Assess priorities within own area of work, and Handle routine work under supervision to minimize defects
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, Holiday, weekends
  • Driven and motivated
  • Has passion in the e-Commerce industry
