Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Employer Branding Lead to plan & execute HR events (such as job fair for recruitment and HR-related projects)
  • Manage campus recruitment activities
  • Arrange and oversee the dsreation of all online and offline recruiting materials including brochure, merchandise, slides, etc
  • Manage relationships with external parties (e.g. universities, communities, etc)
  • Establish custom strategies & events that attract a diverse workforce and build talent pipelines
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to define and promote consistent branding strategies and campaigns for recruitment needs
  • Assisting office visits and networking events internally
  • Ensure the recruitment events run smoothly
Requirements:
  • Have experience in handling events, someone with event organizer background is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated strong project experience
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and oral
  • Passionate about hosting events and networking session
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
  • Have a skill in design tools (Photoshop, etc) will be a plus
