Job description:

Process Improvement:

  • Developing and implementing an action plan for lean process improvement
  • Working with management to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement projects, cost reductions, product quality enhancements, and process effectiveness improvement
  • Evaluating lean tools and activities including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, OEE, Cell Layout and Line Balancing, Kanban systems and Kaizen events
  • Providing support in developing and maintaining metrics and performance indicators and documenting linkages between lean implementation and operational process improvements
  • Designing new layout for new model and collecting data
  • Conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

EHS:

  • Assisting Manager, Supervisor to prepare, organize, execute & train the following plan:

Site Emergency Plan
Disaster Recovery Plan
Shopee safety rules & regulations

  • Setting up & train the emergency response team
  • Assisting Manager-Production to prepare Environmental Management System (ISO 14000)
  • Ensuring processes are in specified ranges relating to HEPA and HEPA controls
  • Responsible to implement the Environmental Health and Safety Management program in accordance with Regulations and ISO standards
  • Maintains EH&S Control Procedures and records per regulations, ISO and OHSAS Standards.
  • Assisting in EHS daily works i.e. translation, training of personnel and in EHS Committee Activities
  • Defining and implementing corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement activities as directed
  • Performing other assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Engineer degree in technical/chemical/Environment…
  • At least 02 years of experience in HSE/audit of the manufacturing company, with good knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations and audits’ requirements and HSE report/audit
  • Background in Lean, TPM & Six Sigma, Belts certification is preferable
  • Expert in problem solving and tools, with position of Supply chain, Manufacturing, E-commerce is a big plus 
  • Experience in leading capital or process improvement projects, some experience in people change initiatives and process improvement
  • Experience in Training and development, Facilitation is preferred 
  • Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSS 22000, OHS,….
  • Good communicating skill, with English

  • 3rd Round:   2nd Interview with Head of Department
