Job description:

  • Developing and implementing an action plan for lean process improvement
  • Working with management to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement projects, cost reductions, product quality enhancements, and process effectiveness improvement
  • Evaluating lean tools and activities including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, OEE, Cell Layout and Line Balancing, Kanban systems and Kaizen events
  • Providing support in developing and maintaining metrics and performance indicators and documenting linkages between lean implementation and operational process improvements
  • Designing new layout for new model and collecting data
  • Conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Engineer degree in technical/chemical/Environment…
  • Background in Lean, TPM & Six Sigma, Belts certification is preferable
  • Expert in problem solving and tools, with position of Supply chain
  • Manufacturing, E-commerce is a big plus
  • Experience in leading capital or process improvement projects, some experience in people change initiatives and process improvement
  • Experience in Training and development, Facilitation is preferred
  • Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSS 22000, OHS
  • Good communicating skill, with English

  • 1st Round:   Screen CV and technical test and interview invitation by HR
  • 2nd Round:  1st Interview with Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round:   2nd Interview with Head of Department
