Job Description
- Takes an active role in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of the data presented
- Prepare reports on business performance, including but not limited to postmortem analyses on initiatives and day-to-day performance tracking
- Provides recommendations based on actionable, data-driven insights with the clear objective of improving business performance
- Conducts routine audits of data storage systems and databases, conducting many tests and analyzing the results before devising new solutions or finding ways to enhance data management solutions
- Collaborates and coordinates with Regional & Local Business Intelligence, and Onsite Campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree graduate. Consumer insighting / qualitative research background will be a bonus
- At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing-related industry, with experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong grasp on numbers, and proficient in Excel
- Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meets all deadlines
- Displays ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
- Accountable and responsible for all deliverables
- Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
