Job Description:

  • Orchestrate end-to-end activities of projects. Activities will cover development of project brief, product testing, campaign implementation and monitoring.
  • Main project will be a live trivia game show.
  • Ensure that live show will run smoothly in all aspects: floor direction, development of content, accuracy of content, video and sound quality, back-end operations
  • Ensure communications materials are delivered in the acceptable quality and accuracy based on guidelines and the project brief
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Graphic Design, Community etc. to develop communication materials and execute live production
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Products team to test new features
  • Coordinate with Regional Marketing counterparts for specific project updates and queries
  • Monitor project's performance on a weekly basis and provide actionable recommendations to optimize.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years work experience as project manager in a Marketing-related role
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino spelling and grammar
  • Able to work with tight timings in a dynamic environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
