Job Description:

  • Define, implement and execute the business development strategy for Thailand Cross Border

  • Train and manage a team of Cross Border PICs and Campaign PICs to help grow and manage Cross Border category portfolio. This will continue to grow as the categories grow

  • Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets

  • Analyse potential for each product category and pitch ideas to category managers

  • Communicate with colleagues in various countries and offices

  • Competitor analysis and monitoring

  • Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment and stock availability of key merchants within cross border sellers

  • Independently take on new initiatives, including new market expansions and campaigns 

 

Requirements: 

  • Ideally 4-6 years of working experience preferably in consulting, business development, or account management

  • Driven and motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Strong analytical ability to synthesise and evaluate key problems

  • Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business

  • Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times

  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

  • Have passion in eCommerce industry, experience in eCommerce is a plus

  • Previous management and leadership experience

  • Excellent communication capability with strong English skills

  • Basic knowledge of SQL preferred 

  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
