Job description:

  • Understand the process and major skills of the whole team Cross Border Operation. Support team members in urgent cases or need approval from supervisor
  • Manage and report KPI of not only the whole team but also each team member to make sure that the team are on the right works
  • Discuss with Regional team each week to clarify and improve the working process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration with major in Operation Management or Bachelor degree in Foreign Language (Chinese, English), Foreign Trade
  • Good ad Chinese and English (HSK 4-6)
  • At least 2 years of working experience, prefer candidate used to work for E-commerce companies
  • Have leadership experience, used to lead a team of 4-5 members
  • Fast-learner, detail-oriented, hard-working, have a good communication, analytical, time-management and problem-solving skill
  • Master of Excel
