Job purpose:

The sourcing team at Shopee is responsible for growing and operating our retail and fulfillment business. The sourcing team works closely with the business development, operations, business intelligence and marketing team to acquire new brands, design campaigns and control the P&L of our warehouse business.

The Project Manager will have to analyse and monitor our different KPI's, propose and follow through new initiatives to improve our P&L as well as design/improve our current forecasting models.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Constant monitoring of Sourcing team's KPI's including inventory, operational and commercial metrics
  • Building and improving forecasting models
  • Creating and following through new initiatives to improve operational and commercial performance
  • Creating presentation to report current progress and propose new opportunities to Shopee's senior management

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 4-6 years of working experience preferably in consulting or investment banking
  • Great ability to analyse data and build models
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
