Job Description:

  • Key person in charge of end-to-end coordination of learning and development programs, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support for periodic monitoring and generation of all learning and development reports e.g. training effectiveness, ROI
  • Manage day-to-day learning & development administration and operations i.e. L&D system
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • 1~2 years relevant work experience, dealing with multi-party liaison. Ideally confident with supporting and communicating with top management
  • Positive working attitude and a strong team player
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people
  • Articulate in English and able to convey thoughts clearly and effectively
  • Able to present confidently to a group of people
