Responsibilities;

  • Handling internal and external communication eg. E-mail Training invitation
  • Document preparation for training
  • Acting as a Training Assistance
  • Responsible for training log data input and sync periodically
  • Collecting all training feedback and customer pain point from Customer Service team and summarising in weekly report
  • Handling other tasks as assigned 

 

Qualifications;

  • At least Bachelor Degree in any related field in Data Management, Statistics, etc.
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Dynamic, active, and willing to learn new things
  • New graduate is welcome
