Responsibilities

  • Design, conduct and analyze
    • Qualitative studies such as interviews, usability tests and customer feedback for existing and future products
    • Quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate the impact of product changes and to understand user sentiments
  • Study competitor platforms and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Communicate research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Operations, CM) to drive improvements in customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience of user research
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources
  • Passionate about solving problems
  • Expert in Microsoft office products (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good team player with positive attitude

  • 蒐集與分析競爭平台資訊與市場動態,洞察市場機會點
  • 與利益相關方(例如: PM、CM、Ops)密切合作、溝通研究發現,以確保全面了解用戶情況,進而優化使用者體驗

 

需求條件

  • 2年以上用戶研究相關工作經驗
  • 具備歸納、分析不同資料來源的能力
  • 樂於解決問題
  • 熟悉Excel、PTT
  • 擅於團隊合作
