- Investigate and understand behaviors of fraudulent people and acts.
- Detect unusual buying/selling pattern that deviate largely from normal buyers’ and sellers’ behavior.
- Ensure to review and clear FMT daily.
- Answer Sales Force tickets with proper knowledge.
- Clear User Reported List – for report Scammers/ Directing outside Shopee.
- Do offline checking either from regional and/or other source like social media.
- Aim to have good result of productivity.
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
- Preferably any 4-yr College Degree and/or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - to help others understand why users engaged in fraudulent or unusual activities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Can handle complex situations - basic problem solving skills.
- Capable of handling sensitive personal information.
- Good organizational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases.
- Proficient with the insurance procedures, regulations and investigation methods.
- Willing to do “work at home” during Holidays and Special Campaigns.
- Willing to work on weekend shift if needed like for Special Campaigns.
