Job Description:      

  • Investigate and understand behaviors of fraudulent people and acts.
  • Detect unusual buying/selling pattern that deviate largely from normal buyers’ and sellers’ behavior.
  • Ensure to review and clear FMT daily.
  • Answer Sales Force tickets with proper knowledge.
  • Clear User Reported List – for report Scammers/ Directing outside Shopee.
  • Do offline checking either from regional and/or other source like social media.
  • Aim to have good result of productivity.
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.

Requirements:

  • Preferably any 4-yr College Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - to help others understand why users engaged in fraudulent or unusual activities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Can handle complex situations - basic problem solving skills.
  • Capable of handling sensitive personal information.
  • Good organizational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases.
  • Proficient with the insurance procedures, regulations and investigation methods.
  • Willing to do “work at home” during Holidays and Special Campaigns.
  • Willing to work on weekend shift if needed like for Special Campaigns.
