Job Description:

  • Prepare regular business review with senior management and C suites
  • Lead strategic projects and new initiatives that have overall business impacts. Work with cross functional teams to drive full execution, including launching, fine-tuning and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with regional marketing team and product team to strategize, implement and optimize new marketing features
  • Drive internal process improvements for campaign management and planning
  • With proven performance, potential to work with respective marketing workstreams and manage marketing budget. Review and track budget spending / usage

Requirement: (soft skills or hard skills required) 

  • Good degree from recognized university. MBA a strong plus
  • 3~5 years of work experience in management consulting or e-commerce industry
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Result oriented. Strong in critical thinking and hands-on execution
  • Structured thinking. Ability to simplify complex business issues into actionable items
  • A sense of humor :)
