Job description:

  • Set policy framework, strategy and standard for Shopee's Customer Service Training and Quality Assurance across all markets
  • Monitor execution of regional Customer Service Training and QA strategy across all markets
  • Design and execute programs to level up Shopee's Customer Service Trainers & QA staff across all markets
  • Drive the Quality Assurance calibration sessions and ensure that the Quality Assurance standards and policies are aligned with customer needs

Requirements:

  • Good University Degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Training or Quality Assurance training
  • Highly motivated and energetic, understands people dynamics
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
