As an Advertising Business PM, you play a key part in developing and implementing Shopee’s advertising product and business strategy. In so doing, we enable the success of our sellers and help to further drive Shopee’s growth.


Job Description:

  • Identify business opportunities and requirements through analysis of market trends, data, seller feedback and competitor platforms
  • Analyze, align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of the feature requests with both business and Product teams to deliver a comprehensive and accurate Business Requirement Document (BRD)
  • Collaborate with the wider Product team as well as Engineering and Design teams to develop, prioritize and implement our product road-map in order to drive growth
  • Build the foundations of our advertising business by developing comprehensive ad marketing, sales and operations plans and processes 
  • Formulate our business strategy by identifying key seller segments to support and grow
  • Identify and solve obstacles that are preventing our key seller segments from growing faster
  • Partner with teams in our 8 locations to implement our business strategy and initiatives



  • Bachelor Degree or above, from a reputable education institution
  • 3 + years of working experience
  • Experience in advertising, digital marketing or background in advertising agency is an added advantage
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
  • Independent problem solver
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong communicator with excellent ability to work cross-functionally
  • Track record of driving adoption of products through feature improvements, marketing and sales
