Job Description

● Largely involved in internal administrative and finance processes across commercial teams

● Work closely across functions to handle requests between departments and ensure all standard operating procedures are not compromised

● Communicating regularly with finance department to ensure all regulations are adhered to

● Managing cash flow and budgets within commercial teams

● Support the marketing team in administrative and ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

● MUST be very meticulous with good communication skills

● MUST be strong in understanding and managing processes

● High level of moral integrity as this person will be dealing with sensitive information with legal responsibilities

● Able to work well in teams and highly adaptable, with strong passion and positive work attitude

● Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

● Able to commit after work hours or weekends occasionally

● Experience in AR and AP processes is a bonus
