Job Description:

  • Support the team in providing professional HR admin services such as onboarding, off-boarding, relocation, benefits, HR data management, employee relations etc.
  • Develop and deploy efficient HR shared service related policies and practices throughout the organisation
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures, ensuring data integrity and internal controls are in place and adhered to
  • Ensure that all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Currently studying in a reputable education institution
  • Passionate about people, services and culture
  • Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution and organisational skills
  • Fast learner, hardworking, highly accountable, detail-oriented and an efficient multi-tasker
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc.)

Time Period:
