- Issue voucher and rebate on requests.
- Monitoring urgent request queue on working shift and execute the request accordingly
- Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process
- Identify loopholes or false information of the requests and cancel them from further processing.
- Coordinate with other teams to validate information of requirements
- Brain storming with the team leader to solve voucher/ rebate related issue and improve the voucher process.
- Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned
- Good at communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
