Job Description:

  • Issue voucher and rebate on requests.
  • Monitoring urgent request queue on working shift and execute the request accordingly
  • Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process
  • Identify loopholes or false information of the requests and cancel them from further processing.
  • Coordinate with other teams to validate information of requirements
  • Brain storming with the team leader to solve voucher/ rebate related issue and improve the voucher process.
  • Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned

  • Good at communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
  • Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
